Crackers in Soup is a podcast management company that’s mission is to assist women podcast hosts that need the best “F” word known in the English Language: FREEDOM. Since its inception in 2019, Crackers In Soup has worked on over 50 podcasts from creating cover art to assisting to post recording production and everything in between…including launches. She has worked on podcasts that have won awards (including her own), have 3 million listeners, 10,000/month downloads and one podcast she works on is featured in a Princeton course. Q: What inspired you to start your own business?
A: After almost 2 decades in the corporate field, I knew I wanted to be apart of something that was going to give me joy and creativity. When I found podcasting, I knew this was my new adventure!
Q: Who do you serve? Why?
A: I serve women, mostly of color, and assist them with their podcast. I serve this clientele because they are the people I relate to the most and want to help get their voices heard.
Q: Whats the biggest risk your business ever took? What could have happened? What was the outcome?
A: I think my entire business is one big risk. I could have failed within the first year. I didn’t. I could have failed within the second year. I didn’t. I could fail within the third year. I won’t.

A: I adore Summer! Her trademark knowledge is unmatched. The best thing about working with Summer is that she delivers the information in layman’s terms. I always understand what is happening in the trademark journey.
In addition to Burnley Law working on THREE trademarks for me, she has also been on my podcast, Chatting Over Chowder AND she has become a dear friend. I refer all of my clients to her regularly so they can trademark their podcast name as well.
Q: Tell us about a recent win that you would like to share!
A: Last year alone, my company grossed over $100,000.00. Finding that I can make a living doing something that I absolutely adore is a total win!
